Addressing homelessness stigma | Safer Sacramento

Justin Hernandez, who is part of Sacramento County’s homeless engagement and response team, addresses some of the stigma and stereotypes surrounding homelessness and explains what may lead an individual to experience homelessness and turn to substance use as a coping mechanism.
